American Speed Wash

Much better value than raceway. Does a similar job. Never in line more than a few minutes. Spots for vacuums can be pretty limited on busy days and the vacuums aren’t as strong as raceway. However for 3-5$ for a basic wash and vac it’s worth it. The reason for 4 stars is because last time I went for the manager special nobody gave me the rag+ air freshener that comes in that package, plus the final sweeper doesn’t do a good job on the left side. Otherwise it’s a fine touch less car wash. Staff has always been nice. It’s not perfect but it’s better than spending $20 on a car wash that is also not perfect (I’m talking about raceway up the road).

So, came in today and unfortunately not super impressed. Paid for the more expensive wash, and it didn't get my car clean (my car wasn't that dirty), and then the stuff they spray on the tires didn't work right, got all over the trim of my entire vehicle, and looks terrible on my tires. I tried to find an attendant to ask if we could go through it again and fix the issues, but no one else besides the guy inside the tunnel was there to help.

I recently visited American Speed Wash in Mesa, AZ, and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the manager, Tyler. Not only did he assist me in removing my license plate—a task I found challenging—but he did so with remarkable kindness and professionalism. Tyler’s dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and his willingness to go above and beyond made my experience truly outstanding. I highly recommend American Speed Wash for their top-notch service and commitment to excellence.

Will never do business here again. Clearly I am experienced in the procedure to line up the tires and put the car in Neutral Which aftergain the car tires lined up I put the The gear shifter into Neutral. The car then Start going down the car wash. The car Begins pick him up speed and Before I can realize what's going on. The car is going faster, obviously then what it should be and rearends a car that's in front of us in the car wash. I know how to put the car in neutral and lien the tires up. It's whole procedure that's involved in going through when those car washes. So I try to find an employee to tell him about the situation and tells me that's my fault. Doesn't give me any kind of contact information on the contacting there insurance company. They employees offered no help. So I will be filling a claim in court. I know when I am at fault not the case hete. I wish businesses still looked out for there customers. Would recommend to stay away from this car wash. I will update if things change.

Was a member here for 5 years, until today. The story behind why? Last week, I went into the wash, like I do every week, and while going through the wash, I felt the driver's side of my car lift up. When I exit the wash, I felt it again. There was a bucket inside the machine, on the track! It did minor damage to my car's bumper, and the front tire, which later popped that night. When I went to take a picture of the bucket and where it was, it was gone and being carried off by an employee. I confronted him and showed him the damage. He told me to come back when John, the owner was around. I have been there several times and have even given my number. I have not heard from or seen John. No way would I recommend a place that not only doesn't clean up it's machine/wash from giant debris, but also ignores a loyal customer. *update* They still charged me today, even though I cancelled my membership yesterday.
